I hear on blackhat forum vcc`s are no longer accepted by adwords. Do you guarantee they work? Are they mastercard or visa vcc`s?

I purchased a paypal vcc and it did not verify my paypal account. I have an American and Australian paypal account and in both I require a bank account to verify the paypal account, bank name is required as well. Is there any solution to this

ok. so your $8 vcc for adwords works fine you say. Does this come with a $5 balance? If it does not, I assume i must set the account for post pay correct? If I do that I heard the account gets flagged and frozen quickly.

I still have not goten my paypal VCC, someone from admin please contact me.
